  • I am in-network with the Princeton University Student Health plan. I am currently an out of network provider with all insurance plans. If you are unsure if you have out of network benefits, check with your insurance company as many plans offer them. Typically, insurances with out of network coverage will pay on average about 10-20% less than in-network coverage once your deductible has been met. If you find that you do have these benefits, I ask that you pay me directly. I can then provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company.

  • In order to do virtual therapy, a client must have a computer, cell phone, or tablet that has both microphone and video capabilities. Many individuals like to use headphones during their sessions. Aside from this, it is important to find a space that is quiet, confidential, and free of distractions, so you feel fully comfortable opening up particularly when it comes to discussing personal concerns and difficult subjects that may have led you to seek counseling.
